Saturday, April 5: Randall K. Cooper High School standout Gweny Wessling’s college team loses to Charleston Golden Eagles

On Saturday, April 5, former Randall K. Cooper High School standout Gweny Wessling’s current college team, the Davis & Elkins Senators, lost 2-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at UC Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Senators’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at Lady Jackets Field against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
