Boone County prepares for annual summer celebration event

Boone County is set to host the Boone Celebrates Summer event, continuing a tradition that started with the county's 225th anniversary celebration last year. The event will feature food trucks, family activities, vendors, live music, and conclude with a fireworks display. Admission is free for all attendees. The festivities are scheduled to start at 5:30 pm at the Boone County Fairgrounds in Burlington.
