Major Margaret Louise Bennett, Devoted Salvation Army Officer, Passes Away at 91

Burlington, Kentucky - Major Margaret Louise Bennett, lovingly known as "Weezie", was Promoted to Glory on March 12, 2025, at the age of 91. Born in Covington, Kentucky, Louise dedicated 33 years of service to the Salvation Army, impacting the lives of many through her unwavering commitment to faith and service. She is survived by her sister, niece, nephew, brother-in-law, great-niece, and other family members and friends. A visitation and service will be held on March 21, 2025, at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Burlington, with a Service of Committal following at Ghent Masonic Cemetery in Ghent, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the Salvation Army. Louise's legacy of service, kindness, and leadership will be cherished by all who knew her.
